In order to meet different needs, silicone rubber molds will have different methods when they are produced, which can effectively improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Silicone rubber mold production method:
1. The silica gel and the curing agent are evenly stirred. The appearance of the mold silica gel is a flowing liquid, the component A is silica gel, and the component B is a curing agent. Example: take 100 grams of silica gel, add 2 grams of curing agent (Note: silica gel and curing agent must be stirred evenly, if not evenly stirred, the mold will appear a solidified, one piece is not cured, the silica will appear dry and solidified unevenly It will affect the service life of the silicone mold and the number of mold overturns, and even cause the mold to be scrapped. For example, the water tank seal is made through this mold.

2, silicone rubber mold production method, vacuum evacuation bubble treatment: after the silica gel and the curing agent are evenly mixed, vacuum evacuation, the vacuum time should not be too long, under normal circumstances, do not exceed 10 minutes, vacuum After a long time, the silica gel solidified immediately, which produced a cross-linking reaction, which made the silica gel piece by piece.

3, painting or operation process: evacuate the silica gel through the bubble, to brush or infusion. Pour on the product (Note: The product or model to be copied before pouring the silicone must be a release agent or release agent). Then apply the silica gel on the product, and the brushing must be uniform. After 30 minutes, attach a layer of gauze fiber weft cloth to increase the strength and tension of the silica gel.

Today, the production of most silicone rubber products is inseparable from the use of molds. This tank seal is one of them. The mold is the determinant of the shape of the product and the key factor in ensuring the inherent quality of the finished product. In the long-term use process, solid residual dirt is inevitably formed on the surface, and the dirt on the mold is thickened with time, which not only affects the appearance of the product and the accuracy of the outer edge size of the product, but also affects the heat transfer effect.
